Returns & Exchanges
WaterWay Local accepts returns for purchases made on waterwaylocal.com within 15 days of purchase if they are unworn, unwashed and the sales tags are still attached. The refund will be issued to the original form of payment minus the return shipping fee. Anything marked as Final Sale can not be returned or exchanged for any reason including fit.
Returns that do not meet the above requirements will not be accepted. Any return sent after the 15-day return window and up to 30 days from purchase will be refunded to a gift card to be used at any time without an expiration date. We do not accept returns or exchanges past 30 days from purchase.
If you received an incorrect/damaged item, or if you need to exchange an item that is the same style but for a different size or color, please email us at waterwaylocal@gmail.com or call us at (252)424-8818. For exchanges, the item must be unworn, unwashed and the sales tags attached.
